Deplar Farm | Iceland
Explore the wild landscapes of the Troll Peninsula with our knowledgeable guides. From serene paths near the lodge to challenging peak ascents, there’s a trail for everyone. A favorite is the hike from Deplar Farm to Ghost Farm, a steep backcountry route that crosses glacial snowfields, winds along a river, and finishes with games and après at our rustic outpost.
Scarp Ridge Lodge and Sopris House | Colorado
Choose from an impressive variety of hiking options, from gentle, wildflower-lined trails to steep, high alpine passes. Guides elevate the experience, sharing local ecology, pacing the trek, and ensuring a seamless adventure from start to finish. Take on the legendary Aspen-to-Crested Butte hike, a sought-after route through aspen groves and over the 12,490-foot West Maroon pass.
Chalets Hibou and Pelerin | France
Trek through alpine meadows, past waterfalls, and beneath jagged peaks where ibex roam. Hike from France to Italy, stopping along the way at our private huts to fuel up on local cheeses and Génépi. With local guides—many from generations of alpine explorers—you’ll uncover the rich history of the Alps’ pastoral life and deep-rooted mountain culture.
Rio Palena Lodge | Chile
Venture into one of the planet’s last true frontiers, where trails are rare, and solitude is guaranteed. Fly to a high alpine ridge for a panoramic trek above glaciers and untouched valleys, or hike through ancient forests to hidden waterfalls. Hut-to-Hut Hiking in the Alps
Embark on an Eleven-style multi-day hut-to-hut adventure through France and Italy’s most spectacular alpine terrain. From French Savioe, hike through flower-filled meadows, mountain passes, and clear rushing creeks with the option to add on e-biking and via cordata. Spend each night at one of our historic stone huts, with candlelit dinners, local génépi, and cozy accommodations.
Colorado
Aspen to Crested Butte Hike
Experience the Rocky Mountains’ greatest day hike with our Crested Butte lodges at the finish line. From the famed Maroon Bells wilderness in Aspen, this 10-mile trail quietly winds through pine and aspen forests and along mountain streams and lakes. It tops out on West Maroon Pass and descends through wildflower meadows, before finishing in Crested Butte and the welcome amenities of our lodges.

Doug Corbett
Doug Corbett is a Fishing Guide for Eleven in New Zealand. Based in Murchison for more than 20 years, he has spent the past 14 years guiding anglers on the South Island’s renowned brown trout waters.
Thorsteinn Frímann Guðmundsson
Thorsteinn Frímann Guðmundsson, known as “Rock,” is a fishing guide in Iceland who has been part of Eleven since 2016.

Levi Lawrence is a ski guide with Eight years of experience. He brings a passion for deep powder, fun adventures, and helping guests make every run unforgettable.
Michaela Jezkova
Michaela “Míša” Jezkova is a guide in Iceland with a passion for sharing nature and wellness with guests.
William Desaulniers
Will Desaulniers is a ski and adventure guide based in Iceland. A Quebec native, he combines guiding with a background in filmmaking and van building.

Thomas “Tom” Hoyland is a guide at Deplar Farm with over 12 years of experience in mountain, water, and rope-based guiding.

Enric Alacambra Llorens is a Lead Guide at Deplar Farm. Originally from Barcelona, he’s passionate about taking guests beyond their comfort zones through outdoor challenges.

Brett Hulen is a fly fishing guide at Rio Palena Lodge. He brings years of guiding experience across California, Oregon, and Patagonia.
Thomas Lindsey
Originally from Texas, Tomas—aka Juice—is now a Crested Butte-based ski, bike, and river guide who lives to share the stoke and chase powder, pedal, and flow.
Megan Paden
Megan Paden has spent 25+ years in the mountains, from ski patrol to avalanche forecasting. Based in Crested Butte, she guides for Eleven at Irwin, Rio Palena Lodge, and Deplar Farm. Off the slopes, she enjoys adventuring with family, gardening, and working with her horses.
Mark Robbins
Mark Robbins is a seasoned guide based in Crested Butte, with over 15 years coaching freeride skiing and exploring Irwin’s legendary powder. A certified PSIA instructor and IFSA coach, he brings deep local knowledge and a passion for sharing Irwin’s wild, uncrowded terrain.
Mars Charlebois
Marissa “Mars” Charlebois is a ski guide at Irwin, known for her enthusiasm, environmental advocacy, and love of big mountain terrain.
Jimmy Tart
Jimmy Tart is a ski guide with nearly 30 seasons of patrolling, avalanche education, and backcountry guiding experience.
Elise Brizes
Elise Brizes is a cat skiing and backcountry guide based in Crested Butte. With a background in engineering and avalanche education, she brings both technical skill and contagious energy to the mountains. When she’s not guiding, she’s outside, writing to friends, or hanging with her two cats, Remy and Ru.
