Our carefully curated selection of privately owned residences are available for longer term rentals and comply with all local rental regulations. Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.

Eleven is excited to announce that the Natural Selection Tour has chosen our terrain on Scarp Ridge in Irwin, Colorado to host a Natural Selection DUEL. Facing off will be returning DUELS athlete and freeride sensation, Austen Sweetin, and the young snowboard prodigy and Olympic gold medalist, Red Gerard. YETI Natural Selection DUELS is the world’s premier backcountry snowboarding competition from the mind of Travis Rice, featuring head-to-head competition of the world’s top snowboarders on the planet’s most exciting and inspiring natural terrain. With our VIP experience, you can be part of it all.
What makes Irwin terrain so special?
Natural Selection DUELS searches the world each year for the most exciting snowboarding battlegrounds. They found Eleven’s Irwin fits the bill perfectly with its 1,000+ acres of alpine bowls, tree skiing, and steep chutes. This cat-accessed terrain averages 450 inches of annual snowfall, making it a meteorological anomaly that never fails to deliver on deep powder.

Stay at Eleven’s Scarp Ridge Lodge where we’re hosting DUELS athletes Austen Sweetin and Red Gerard. Enjoy front row viewing of the men’s DUEL at Irwin. On down days, you’ll cat ski with them. Access is included to our private, on-mountain outposts for a chef-prepared lunch and a fireside warm-up. By night, you’ll join Austen and Red for après and a concert at Eleven’s downtown music venue, Public House. Outside of entering the competition, there’s no better way to be a part of the action. Also staying at Scarp Ridge Lodge are Crested Butte Mountain Resort DUELS athletes, Jamie Anderson and Emma Crosby.
A Lodge in the Middle of the Action.
Set in the heart of downtown and just minutes from the mountains, Scarp Ridge Lodge was once the Croatian Hall, a saloon where miners would gather after a hard day’s work. Now, it’s where your group, and four of the Natural Selection riders, will stay during the competition. When you’re not rubbing shoulders with some of the best snowboarders in the world, you’ll find a host of comforts, from the saltwater pool and hot tubs, to our comfy lounge spaces and oxygen-enriched air system.
