Ski Touring
Ski tour straight from Deplar’s front door, carving fresh tracks through untouched valleys. Whether you’re linking glades or tackling steeper terrain, every climb rewards you with long fluid turns. This activity is included in your stay.

We’ve taken Eleven's innovative wellness approach to the ski slopes. This expertly designed program preps your mind and body to ski its best with a pre-trip training plan as well as a guided series of yoga, stretch, massage, and thermal therapies that you can book for your stay. Throughout the program, you’ll strengthen your ski muscles, train your breath for altitude, and boost your overall performance.

Eleven Deplar Farm
Named on Condé Nast's "Best Hotels in the World" list in 2023, Deplar Farm is a converted 15th-century sheep farm in northern Iceland. With 13 guest rooms and an expansive spa, the lodge also offers guided heli-skiing, sea kayaking, and fly fishing.

Eleven Chalet Hibou
