Our carefully curated selection of privately owned residences are available for longer term rentals and comply with all local rental regulations. Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.

Bahama House is a private, island retreat in the center of Dunmore Town on Harbour Island. With a freshwater pool, outdoor tiki bar, game room, hot tub, and rooftop lounge, it’s easy to forget there’s a world outside the lodge to explore. Frequently Asked Questions
What facilities and equipment are available for meetings and presentations?
Bahama House has quite a few spaces, indoors and out, that can facilitate larger group meetings. Each space can accommodate our projector screen or large screen TVs. We’re also happy to recommend other meeting spaces near Bahama House, each available for an additional fee.
Do we have standby IT staff?
Our staff are always available to assist with IT issues. We also work closely with an IT vendor to assist us with any larger requests.
Is Wi-Fi available throughout the lodge?
Bahama House is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Can you pick us up from the airports, and what are the closest airports?
We can help coordinate transportation to and from airports. The closest airport is North Eleuthera. From there, you will need to take a land taxi to the water taxi dock, then take a quick boat ride to Harbour Island. Bahama House is a short walk from the dock.
Are there options for private rooms or shared accommodations?
All bedrooms are private and include private bathrooms. Two of our cottages share a lounge space, but also include private bedrooms and bathrooms.
Are dining options private to our group?
All on property dining will be private for your group. Dinners and lunch can be ordered for a fee to enjoy on property, or we can help to arrange meals at local restaurants.
What types of activities are available for team building?
A variety of activities are available to suit all skill levels and interests, from RIB boat tours and water sports like wakeboarding and wake surfing behind our wake boat, to picnic lunches on remote sandbars and relaxing afternoons at Pink Sand Beach. Each activity is priced separately.
