Crested Butte, CO – Eleven®, a leading collection of global adventure lodges, announces new offerings for the 2023/24 ski season. Known for curating and guiding hyper-customizable itineraries, Eleven caters to skiers of all skill levels as well as travelers in search of unique outdoor adventures.
This winter, Eleven is launching a new Integrated Ski Wellness program. Available across Eleven’s lodges, the new program integrates wellness into the guest’s ski experience beginning one month before arrival and continuing throughout their stay. Offerings vary based on location, with Iceland and Colorado having the most extensive wellness programs.
Integrated Ski Wellness features*:
- Pre-Arrival Training: One month ahead of arrival, guests will receive a targeted training plan to help them to physically prepare for their trip. This holistic training plan consists of at-home workouts involving strength training, stretching, breathwork, and cardio prep for altitude.
- Post-Travel Yoga: On arrival, guests can enjoy a post-travel yoga class featuring guided grounding practices that bring rest and fluidity to the body and mind to combat jet lag and stiffness.
- Pre-Ski Stretch: Each morning before hitting the slopes, take a dedicated stretching class to warm up the body and prepare the lungs for a high-altitude adventure.
- Recovery Massage: After each ski day, guests can indulge in a recovery massage focusing on lymphatic drainage to reduce muscle soreness and fatigue with the added benefit of lengthening muscle tissue to increase flexibility and range of motion.
- Thermal Therapy: Guests have the option to experience hot and cold contrast therapy (hot stones to cold plunges, saunas to cold stones) which can reduce inflammation and improve circulation.
