- A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date, including taxes.
- Cancellations made outside of 90 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid are non-refundable but the amount paid may be applied towards a new booking for a stay with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking.
- Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards new bookings, but subject to the Government Restriction Exception below.
- Government Restriction Exception: If a cancellation is made within 90 days of arrival date because an in-effect government law or order prohibits travel to the booked destination at the time of cancellation, then 100% of the amounts paid for the original booking may be applied to a new booking with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking.
- All re-bookings are subject to availability and potential rate increases. The time periods set forth above for applying previously paid amounts and re-booking will not be extended and any unused amounts are non-refundable. If more than one cancellation option applies, the guest may choose one of the available options. All re-bookings are final.

All cancellations are subject to our Deposit and Cancellation Policies, including but not limited to, those caused by events beyond our control—such as weather, travel disruptions, injury, illness, or conditions that do not meet your personal preferences or expectations. Eleven does not provide refunds, credits, or trip date changes under any circumstances. To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance for all Eleven trips. CFAR coverage provides flexibility beyond standard covered reasons, allowing you to cancel pre-trip for nearly any reason—giving you control and peace of mind if plans or conditions change unexpectedly.
