Travel Insurance
Due to our unique product and strict cancellation policies, we strongly recommend purchasing 'Cancel For Any Reason' (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment. As an incentive for you to purchase CFAR insurance coverage, Eleven is offering you a 1% credit based on the total cost of your stay with Eleven. Your credit may be used during your stay for wellness services, additional activities, transportation, and non-included beverages. Please let us know if you would like us to connect you with our preferred insurance partner, Global Rescue, to provide you with a quote once your trip has been confirmed.
Heli-Ski Specifics
Operator Initiated Postponements
In the event Eleven determines, in its sole discretion, prior to the first scheduled day of the trip, that skiing operations cannot proceed due to safety concerns, Eleven may postpone the trip. Any postponement and rebooking timing will be determined solely by Eleven in coordination with its guide team, operational partners and subject to availability. Postponed trips will be rescheduled within the same season, pending availability. Rebooking to a subsequent season is at Eleven’s discretion and will be subject to rate increases. Refunds are not provided for postponements resulting from operational or safety-related decisions.
In the unlikely event that Eleven postpones a Day Skiing booking for reasons unrelated to safety or operations, Eleven will offer either discounted rebooking options for a later date or a refund.

Heli Hour & Flight Time Credit Policy
PRIVATE (Single Load): Flight time: 1.5 hours guaranteed / per day.
PRIVATE (Double Load): Flight time: 2 hours guaranteed / per day.
PRIVATE with EXCLUSIVE LODGE BUYOUT: Flight time varies based on group configuration and will be confirmed at time of booking.
SEMI-PRIVATE: Flight time: 4 hours included / per day, 2 hours guaranteed / per day.
DAY HELI SKIING: Flight time: 2.5 per load included / per day, 1.5 hours guaranteed / per day.
Flight Time Calculation and Use
Flight time is calculated in 6-minute (0.1 hour) increments based on Hobbs meter readings, at a rate of $2,700 CAD per flight hour. Guaranteed flight time is averaged over the total length of the stay.
All helicopter flight time used during a guest’s stay—including all flights related to skiing operations such as transport to and from designated ski terrain, skiing flights, positioning, and other program-related helicopter use—counts toward the daily guaranteed flight time. Any flight time beyond the daily guaranteed amount may only be used while actively heli-skiing within the program’s designated ski terrain. The “unlimited heli-skiing” offering is designed specifically to support maximizing your ski experience and does not include helicopter flight time for non-skiing purposes, such as airport transfers or sightseeing. Eleven will determine whether helicopter usage falls outside standard heli-ski operations.
Flight Time Credits: If, at the conclusion of your stay, you have not reached your guaranteed flight time due solely to operational factors—including weather conditions or mechanical issues—a flight time credit will be issued for the unused portion of the guarantee. Credits are calculated as the difference between the guaranteed flight time and the total flight time actually flown during your stay. Credits will not be issued if the guaranteed flight time is not met due to: injury, illness, accidents, ski ability, or personal choice (meaning you do not reach the Guarantee because you choose to stay at or return to the Lodge and not ski).
Credit Use: Eligible credits may be applied toward a future booking at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli Skiing during the current or following season only. Credits have no cash value and will not be extended beyond the following season.
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing Waiver of Liability - Required for All Guests
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing operates in remote mountain terrain where inherent risks exist. As such, all guests are required to read, acknowledge, and sign our Waiver of Liability prior to booking and participating in any heli-skiing activities. This waiver outlines the risks associated with wilderness travel and confirms each guest's understanding and acceptance of those risks.
The waiver must be signed at the time of booking via SmartWaiver, and again in person on your first heli-ski day. For group bookings, trip leaders are responsible for ensuring that all participants receive and complete the waiver before arrival.

Third-Party Disclosure
Eleven Experience acts solely as a facilitator and does not operate or control the helicopter services. The client agrees that all services are provided by a third-party operator, and any claims must be directed to the service provider.
At Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing staff act solely as chaperones and are not guides or operators. Revelstoke Mountain Resort controls all resort operations and is the first point of contact for any emergency. Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing staff follow Revelstoke Mountain Resort policies and may provide reasonable assistance consistent with their training until Revelstoke Mountain Resort personnel take over.
Crown Land Disclosure
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing operations take place on Crown land authorized under a Land Act Tenure: License of Occupation granted by the Province of British Columbia. We are committed to responsible use and stewardship of these public lands, in accordance with provincial regulations and our approved management plan.
First Nations Land Acknowledgment
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing operations take place within the traditional territories of the Sinixt, Secwépemc, Syilx/Okanagan, and Ktunaxa Nations in British Columbia. We recognize and respect the deep connection these Nations have to their lands, waters, and cultures, and we are committed to operating in a manner that honors their stewardship. Our activities are conducted in accordance with applicable agreements, provincial regulations, strong communication, and our shared commitment to the responsible use and care for these lands and waterways.
Travel Insurance & Emergency Coverage
Eleven Revelstoke Lodge and Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli-Skiing does not carry medical or evacuation insurance for guests. We encourage all heli-skiing guests to carry comprehensive travel and emergency coverage that reflects the realities of backcountry operations in British Columbia. While Eleven and our heli-ski partners manage on-the-ground rescues, we recommend Global Rescue for coverage beyond the mountain, including medical transport, hospital repatriation, and Cancel for Any Reason protection. Acera Insurance offers Canada-specific medical coverage for unexpected treatment while in the country, including hospitalization, ambulance transport, and repatriation. Together, these options provide peace of mind and robust protection throughout your heli-skiing adventure in British Columbia. Aircraft Performance and Safety
For safety and aircraft performance reasons, accurate skier weights must be provided in advance of travel, no less than 30 days prior to the start of your trip. Helicopter capacity is strictly governed by total payload, and is further influenced by weather and operating conditions. In certain, but rare circumstances, an additional aircraft may be required to ensure safe and efficient operations. Additional costs may be incurred and will be the guest's responsibility.

Check-in / Check-out Times
Our check-in time at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that early and late checkouts are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Gratuity
Gratuities for Eleven staff and guides are entirely discretionary and not expected. Should you wish to leave gratuity, it can be added to your final bill, which will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. Suggested options of 10%, 12%, or 15%, or the option to leave a custom amount of your choosing, will be offered on the final bill. Gratuity is distributed equitably among all staff who contributed to your stay. If you would like to leave an additional gratuity for a specific team member, you can note their name and the amount on the final bill at checkout.
Pet Policy
We can welcome up to two hypoallergenic dogs per night at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge in either the Hela or Fosthall rooms. Service dogs are not required to be hypoallergenic but must have appropriate documentation. Prior approval from your Experience Team is required to bring your dog to the property as is a signed waiver. Dogs must stay in the owner’s private accommodations and may only access common areas with staff permission. Please note that our staff cannot provide dog-walking or sitting services during your stay. For dog-sitting/walking options, inquire with our Sales or Experience Team. A $100 CAD per night per dog cleaning fee will be added to your final invoice.
Getting Here Details
By Plane:
Kelowna Airport (YLW) – Approximately a 3-hour drive to the lodge. Please note, ground transportation is not included.
By Helicopter:
Helicopter transfer from Kelowna Airport to the lodge is available for CAD 6,500 + tax one-way (for up to 4 guests with gear). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
