- Full payment of total lodging cost is required at the time of booking, including taxes.
- Guest cancellation made outside of 45 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be refunded to the guest. Guest cancellation made within 45 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be forfeited by the guest.
- Government Restriction Exception: If a cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival date because an in-effect government law or order prohibits travel to the booked destination at the time of cancellation, then 100% of the amounts paid for the original booking may be applied to a new booking with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking.

Operator-Initiated Postponements: (APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS)
In the event Eleven determines, in its sole discretion, prior to the first scheduled day of the trip, that skiing operations cannot proceed due to safety concerns, Eleven may postpone the trip. Any postponement and rebooking timing will be determined solely by Eleven in coordination with its guide team, operational partners and subject to availability. Postponed trips will be rescheduled within the same season, pending availability. Rebooking to a subsequent season is at Eleven’s discretion and will be subject to rate increases. Refunds are not provided for postponements resulting from operational or safety-related decisions.
In the unlikely event that Eleven postpones a Day Skiing booking for reasons unrelated to safety or operations, Eleven will offer either discounted rebooking options for a later date or a refund.

Aircraft Performance and Safety (APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS)
For safety and aircraft performance reasons, accurate skier weights must be provided in advance of travel, no less than 30 days prior to the start of your trip. Helicopter capacity is strictly governed by total payload, and is further influenced by weather and operating conditions. In certain, but rare circumstances, an additional aircraft may be required to ensure safe and efficient operations. Additional costs may be incurred and will be the guest's responsibility.
Heli Hour & Flight Time Credit Policy: (APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS)
PRIVATE (Single Load): Flight time: 1.5 hours guaranteed / per day.
PRIVATE (Double Load): Flight time: 2 hours guaranteed / per day.
PRIVATE with EXCLUSIVE LODGE BUYOUT: Flight time varies based on group configuration and will be confirmed at time of booking.
SEMI-PRIVATE: Flight time: 4 hours included / per day, 2 hours guaranteed / per day.
DAY HELI SKIING: Flight time: 2.5 per load included / per day, 1.5 hours guaranteed / per day.
Flight Time Calculation and Use:
Flight time is calculated in 6-minute (0.1 hour) increments based on Hobbs meter readings, at a rate of $2,700 CAD per flight hour. Guaranteed flight time is averaged over the total length of the stay.
All helicopter flight time used during a guest’s stay—including all flights related to skiing operations such as transport to and from designated ski terrain, skiing flights, positioning, and other program-related helicopter use—counts toward the daily guaranteed flight time. Any flight time beyond the daily guaranteed amount may only be used while actively heli-skiing within the program’s designated ski terrain. The “unlimited heli-skiing” offering is designed specifically to support maximizing your ski experience and does not include helicopter flight time for non-skiing purposes, such as airport transfers or sightseeing. Eleven will determine whether helicopter usage falls outside standard heli-ski operations.
Flight Time Credits: If, at the conclusion of your stay, you have not reached your guaranteed flight time due solely to operational factors—including weather conditions or mechanical issues—a flight time credit will be issued for the unused portion of the guarantee. Credits are calculated as the difference between the guaranteed flight time and the total flight time actually flown during your stay. Credits will not be issued if the guaranteed flight time is not met due to: injury, illness, accidents, ski ability, or personal choice (meaning you do not reach the Guarantee because you choose to stay at or return to the Lodge and not ski).
Credit Use
Eligible credits may be applied toward a future booking at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Heli Skiing during the current or following season only. Credits have no cash value and will not be extended beyond the following season.
