All cancellations are subject to our Deposit and Cancellation Policies, including but not limited to, those caused by events beyond our control—such as weather, travel disruptions, injury, illness, or conditions that do not meet your personal preferences or expectations. Eleven does not provide refunds, credits, or trip date changes under any circumstances.
To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance for all Eleven trips. CFAR coverage provides flexibility beyond standard covered reasons, allowing you to cancel pre-trip for nearly any reason—giving you control and peace of mind if plans or conditions change unexpectedly. CFAR coverage must be purchased within 20 days of initial deposit payment.
