Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.

Hidden in an undiscovered village in the heart of the Alps, Chalet Pelerin and Chalet Hibou offer a quiet mountainside setting that’s surrounded by France and Italy’s best ski terrain. Whether you’re looking to hit multiple resorts, heli-ski Italy, or ski tour and après à la française, our guide team and unique location deliver the ultimate personalized experience. For those who’d like to ski on-piste, there are seven iconic resorts within a 30-minute drive, including Val d’Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs, La Rosière, Sainte-Foy, La Plagne and La Thuile. The resorts also have unique gondola and lift-served backcountry terrain if you want to ski off-piste. Our heli offering is perfect for the more advanced skiers who’d like to explore Italy’s famed terrain by helicopter. No matter how varied your group is, we specialize in layering itineraries so that some of you could be enjoying family-friendly runs at the resorts while others are heli-skiing or ski touring in Italy.
Along with the level of privacy and customization that our ski guides and Experience Team deliver, we provide the gear, transportation, and pre- and post-ski meals to make your days seamless. If you want to soak up the lively après-ski scene, we’ll take you to the most coveted spots. Back at the chalets, our chefs have your dinner made to order, your wine glasses full, and the patio hot tub bubbling so you can polish off the evening with a nightcap overlooking Mont Pourri.

Heli-Skiing in Italy
For the more adventurous skiers, we’ll fly you just across the border to Italy to heli-ski lines ranging from 1,000 to 2,200 vertical meters. Our heli-bases access a variety of descents, which our guides will help you navigate according to your skill level. Polish off the day in true alpine style with après at our private Alpage, a stone sheep herder’s hut just a short ski away from the chalets.

Our Guide Team
IFMGA-certified, longtime local Jean-Noel Gaidet heads up the guide operation. He visits the chalet before your ski safari begins to understand where you want to ski, how you want to get there, and what level of confidence each of you has. He’ll also assess the snow forecast and weather patterns to make sure you’re skiing the best conditions.

Resort Skiing at Val d’Isère and Tignes
Jump in our private car for a 30-minute drive to Val d’Isère. Once you’ve gotten your fill of the iconic ski and après scene there, we’ll drive 20 minutes over to Tignes for more skiing, highlighted by glaciers and a large variety of terrain.
A Culture-Rich Visit To Italy
Head about 15 minutes from the chalet to La Thuile, the gem of Italy’s ski resorts. Enjoy an authentic Italian pasta and spend as much time as you’d like exploring our neighboring ski terrain, shops, and lifestyle.
A Magical Dinner at the Alpage
The Alpage, a historic sheep herder’s hut not far from the chalets, invites your group to take a step back in time for a special evening even further off the grid, complete with handcrafted cocktails, fondue, and a chef-prepared dinner.
Heli-Skiing from Italy to France
Take off from one of three nearby heli-bases to hit Italy’s massive lines. Land at the top of Ruitor glacier then ski with Mont Blanc’s 15,777-foot peak in the background. You can even ski across the border back into France and straight to the chalet.
Off-Piste Skiing at Sainte-Foy
Just 15 minutes from the chalets is Sainte-Foy, known not only for its fantastic groomed runs but also for its off-piste terrain. Take the resort lifts to access untouched powder in the glades just off the beaten path.
Down Time at the Chalet
You’ll have the chalet to yourself, which means each moment is personalized and every corner is private. Lounge by the fire, soak up glacier views from the terrace hot tub, or celebrate a special occasion at the bar in your new home away from home.

Chalet Hibou
Offering quick access to the most sought-after slopes in the Alps, this beautifully designed chalet delivers a do-it-all ski experience. With close proximity to heli-skiing in Italy, famed Alps resorts like Val d’Isere, along with easy access to backcountry skiing, the options are endless. Our guides will tailor each and every day to you. The seven-bedroom Chalet Hibou accommodates up to 16 guests.
Chalet Pelerin
Just a stone’s throw from Chalet Hibou, this more intimate chalet delivers on all the same ski experiences, along with the perk of an indoor pool that adjoins a terrace overlooking Mount Pourri. From heli-skiing and resort skiing to snowshoeing and tasting the finest of France, the five-bedroom Chalet Pelerin offers an all-encompassing experience of the Alps for up to 12 guests.
