DISCOVER STRENGTH TRAINING, YOGA, MASSAGE, AND THERMAL THERAPY PRACTICES, ALL DESIGNED TO ENHANCE YOUR SKI EXPERIENCE WITH ELEVEN

New this winter, Eleven is offering an Integrated Ski Wellness Program that brings the strengthening, balancing, and restorative effects of a specialized sequence of wellness practices to your skiing. The innovative program begins with pre-season training, then continues throughout your stay with spa therapies and yoga.

Designed by our ski and wellness experts, the program begins at home with a four-week training plan. One month prior to your trip, we’ll send you our comprehensive training plan to help progress and ready your fitness, strength, and breathwork for the high-intensity activity of skiing and riding at altitude. This complimentary guide is available to all guests traveling with Eleven this season.

Once you arrive at an Eleven lodge, the regimen continues with a series of expertly designed wellness offerings that can be booked with your Experience Team. These offerings vary by location and include: post-travel yoga that incorporates Theragun and acclimatization practices; daily stretch classes to loosen, warm, and activate key muscle groups; personalized recovery massages; and state-of-the-art thermal therapies, like cold water plunges to reduce inflammation, expedite recovery, and boost energy. Finally, pre-departure yoga regulates the nervous system and releases sore muscles to send you home feeling balanced and relaxed.
