Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Introducing Our Integrated Ski Wellness Program
DISCOVER STRENGTH TRAINING, YOGA, MASSAGE, AND THERMAL THERAPY PRACTICES, ALL DESIGNED TO ENHANCE YOUR SKI EXPERIENCE WITH ELEVEN
New this winter, Eleven is offering an Integrated Ski Wellness Program that brings the strengthening, balancing, and restorative effects of a specialized sequence of wellness practices to your skiing. The innovative program begins with pre-season training, then continues throughout your stay with spa therapies and yoga.
Designed by our ski and wellness experts, the program begins at home with a four-week training plan. One month prior to your trip, we’ll send you our comprehensive training plan to help progress and ready your fitness, strength, and breathwork for the high-intensity activity of skiing and riding at altitude. This complimentary guide is available to all guests traveling with Eleven this season.
Once you arrive at an Eleven lodge, the regimen continues with a series of expertly designed wellness offerings that can be booked with your Experience Team. These offerings vary by location and include: post-travel yoga that incorporates Theragun and acclimatization practices; daily stretch classes to loosen, warm, and activate key muscle groups; personalized recovery massages; and state-of-the-art thermal therapies, like cold water plunges to reduce inflammation, expedite recovery, and boost energy. Finally, pre-departure yoga regulates the nervous system and releases sore muscles to send you home feeling balanced and relaxed.
PRE-SEASON TRAINING PLAN
This digital training guide sets you up for success on the slopes, not only prior to your trip but also for the entire season. Designed for use at home and in your own gym, the four-week program features 40-minute sessions that blend cardio, strength training, stretching, and breathing techniques. You’ll build power in your quads, glutes, and core; stabilize your knees and lengthen your hamstrings; prep for high-altitude breathing; and improve cardio endurance. This plan is available with our compliments to all guests traveling with Eleven this winter.
POST-TRAVEL YOGA
Getting to the world’s best terrain can mean long travel days, and booking this yoga session for your arrival can make all the difference. This expert-led yoga class helps release tension, promote altitude acclimation, restore blood circulation, and improve range of motion. We’ll incorporate percussive massage tools, targeted stretching, micro-movements, breathing drills, and post-session nutrition.
MORNING SKI STRETCH
Whether you’re heli-skiing steep couloirs or lapping mellow terrain in the snowcat, warming up is crucial for peak performance and injury prevention. Book these stretch sessions to start each day by waking up your quadriceps and calves with gentle pre-ski drills and lengthening your ligaments and tendons with special attention on the ACLs and hamstrings.
RECOVERY MASSAGE
Blending the expertise of our massage therapists with an emphasis on ski-specific recovery, these deep tissue therapeutic massages are highly personalized and involve the latest restorative approaches. Lymphatic drainage reduces soreness and fatigue, while long fluid strokes realign muscle tissue for improved recovery time. Where applicable, enhance your massage with the addition of local CBD balm or Theragun percussion.
THERMAL HOT-COLD THERAPY
Heralded as one of the most beneficial healing practices for both the mind and body, these transitional hot-to-cold immersion sessions are ideal after demanding ski days. A notable experience at Deplar Farm, where the practice spans a Viking Sauna Ritual and our 5,000-square-foot spa, this guided practice uses a series of modalities like a cold plunge, hot stones and saunas, and heating breathwork to stimulate the immunity’s recovery response, eliminate toxins, reduce fatigue, and improve mental vitality.
PRE-TRAVEL YOGA
Head home feeling relaxed and refreshed. This class is designed to restore the body and calm the nervous system so you can take on your travel day with energy and a sense of ease. Stretch out tense areas, shake out lactic acid build up, and loosen overused muscle groups with Theragun incorporation. A replenishing post-session beverage completes the experience.
