Eleven Revelstoke Lodge Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policies

  • Full payment of total lodging cost is required at the time of booking, including taxes.
  • Guest cancellation made outside of 7 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be refunded to the guest. Guest cancellation made within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be forfeited by the guest.
  • Government Restriction Exception: If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date because an in-effect government law or order prohibits travel to the booked destination at the time of cancellation, then 100% of the amounts paid for the original booking may be applied to a new booking with an arrival date within 365 days of the arrival date stated in the cancelled booking.
  • *All re-bookings are subject to availability and potential rate increases. The time periods set forth above for applying previously paid amounts and re-booking will not be extended and any unused amounts are non-refundable. If more than one cancellation option applies, the guest may choose one of the available options. All re-bookings are final.

IF ELEVEN’S CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE NOT AGREEABLE BY YOU WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE A ”CANCEL FOR ANY REASON” (CFAR) TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY* WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT BY PART OR IN WHOLE INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES. IT IS EITHER ELEVEN’S CANCELLATION POLICY OR CFAR INSURANCE, YOU CANNOT USE BOTH. 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT CFAR TRAVEL INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF A BOOKING CONFIRMATION. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, ELEVEN HAS MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH GLOBAL RESCUE WHO CAN BOTH OFFER YOU TRAVEL INSURANCE BY CALLING +1.617.459.4200 OR EMAILING [email protected], RESPECTIVELY. SHOULD YOU PREFER, YOU CAN ALSO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ANOTHER TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY OF YOUR CHOICE.
