Our carefully curated selection of privately owned residences are available for longer term rentals and comply with all local rental regulations. Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.
Eleven Owen River Lodge Summer Deposit and Cancellation Policies
- To secure your booking we require a deposit of 50% of the package tariff – We accept International bank transfers and Visa, MasterCard & American Express cards. Accounts settled using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card will attract a transaction fee of 2 % of the value of the transaction.
- Owen River Lodge is a small boutique lodge and cancellations affect us greatly. If your reservation is cancelled within 90 Days of arrival there will be a charge of 25% of the total accommodation & guiding tariff or package rate.
Within 60 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 50%
Within 45 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 75%
Within 30 Days of arrival, there will be a charge of 100%
We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. We recommend Global Rescue, who provide both trip insurance & emergency evacuation. If you’re unable to make a trip due to official government travel restrictions implemented because of the Covid-19 coronavirus, all payments will be credited to a future stay at Owen River Lodge. This credit will be valid for 24 months.
ELEVEN’S CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO ELEVEN’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF ELEVEN’S CANCELLATION POLICIES ARE NOT AGREEABLE BY YOU WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE A ”CANCEL FOR ANY REASON” (CFAR) TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY* WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT BY PART OR IN WHOLE INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES. IT IS EITHER ELEVEN’S CANCELLATION POLICY OR CFAR INSURANCE, YOU CANNOT USE BOTH.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT CFAR TRAVEL INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 20 DAYS OF A BOOKING CONFIRMATION. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, ELEVEN HAS MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH GLOBAL RESCUE WHO CAN BOTH OFFER YOU TRAVEL INSURANCE BY CALLING +1.617.459.4200 OR EMAILING [email protected], RESPECTIVELY.
