For full-lodge buyouts, our rates are per night based on a standard 26-guest occupancy, with a maximum capacity of 32. Additional charges apply for extra guests—please inquire for details.

Due to our unique product and strict cancellation policies, we strongly recommend purchasing ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment. As an incentive for you to purchase CFAR insurance coverage, Eleven is offering you a 1% credit based on the total cost of your stay with Eleven. Your credit may be used during your stay for wellness services, additional activities, transportation, and non-included beverages. Please let us know if you would like us to connect you with our preferred insurance partner, Global Rescue, to provide you with a quote once your trip has been confirmed.

Our check-in time at Deplar Farm is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please be aware that early and late checkouts are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Our communal dinners are a special aspect of the Deplar Farm experience. Your thoughtfully prepared, seasonally relevant dishes will be served at our long Nordic dining table. At Deplar, we take great pride in preserving and celebrating the cultural heritage of the long Nordic table, which draws inspiration from the ancient Great Halls where travelers, traders, and warriors would gather to share their tales and forge new friendships. If you have any alternative dining preferences you’d like to explore, please don’t hesitate to inform the Eleven Sales team.

Our rates include fishing for small Arctic char and occasional brown trout in the lake and river on the Deplar Farm property. Any additional angling for Atlantic Salmon in the Husey, Holkna, or Fljotta rivers is subject to limited availability and will incur an additional cost for the fishing permit and fishing guide specific to the river. If you are interested in fishing for Atlantic Salmon, please inform your Sales Manager during the inquiry stage so that we can provide advice on availability before your confirmation.

We offer a full bar menu available for purchase. Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol onto the premises, as it does not comply with our liquor license.

Should you wish to leave a gratuity for our staff, we can add it to your final bill and charge your card on file at checkout. Gratuity is shared amongst our team members, and your generosity is greatly appreciated. Suggested tipping amounts are 10%, 12%, 15% or you can leave a custom amount.

​​International flights arrive at the Keflavik International Airport (KEF) which is 45 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Guests must transfer to the Reykjavik Domestic Airport (RKV) for a 45-minute flight to Akureyri.

The Akureyri Airport (AEY) is located approximately 90 minutes from the property. Our Eleven team provides scheduled group pickups for transport between the Akureyri Airport and Deplar Farm. Private transfers or ground transfers outside of these scheduled times are subject to availability and come at an additional cost. 

If you prefer a scenic drive, you have the option to reach Deplar Farm by car. We recommend allowing approximately 5 hours for the journey from Reykjavik.

For added flexibility and comfort, our team can also assist you in arranging private car or helicopter transfers between Reykjavik, Akureyri, and various regions of the country, connecting you to Deplar Farm. Please note that these options are subject to availability, weather conditions (for helicopter transfers), and special pricing.
