What facilities are available for meetings and presentations?

Available facilities differ by lodge. While we do not have set spaces designated for meetings, we do have a variety of spaces throughout our lodges that can facilitate larger group discussions. We also have the ability to project on all of our large screens (locations vary by lodge and include the bar, media room, game rooms and lounges). If our existing facilities don’t work for your needs, we are happy to work with you to recommend meeting spaces close by for an additional fee.

What are our digital and AV capabilities, internet speeds, and do we have standby IT staff?

In addition to our set big screen televisions, we also have TVs on wheels that can be used in alternate locations. For audio, you can utilize our Crestron system to create playlists and use with presentations. We have staff standing by to help assist with any issues you might need for set-up.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the lodge?

Despite the remote nature of our lodges, all are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.

What types of activities are available for team building?

Activity availability varies by lodge. See the lodge pages for details. However, at all locations there are incredible guided-adventure opportunities that will help build team rapport.

Are there any activities suitable for people with different physical abilities?

At Eleven, we are experts at adjusting activities for people of all ability levels. Our low guide-to-guest ratio allows us to personalize activities to varying activity levels within the same group so that everyone feels both safe, yet challenged. This creates an ideal environment for personal growth during a shared team experience.

What amenities are included in the stay (e.g., Wi-Fi, spa, fitness center)?

Due to the intimate nature of our lodges, all of the lodges’ amenities will be private to you and your group, including all lounge spaces, bar space, living spaces, outdoor seating, indoor pools, hot tubs, fitness equipment, saunas, and more. In addition, all rooms have in-room minibars and a selection of local snacks and drinks.

What is not included in the stay, and is it possible to include these items when booking? Is gratuity included?

Inclusions vary by lodge and season, however gratuities and airport transfers are not included. We are happy to help coordinate airport transfers for an additional fee. To see specific inclusions, visit the individual lodge’s Corporate Retreats page for further details. To add items onto your stay in advance of your trip, please work with our Experience Managers.

Will we have an event planner to work with to customize the itinerary?

At Eleven, our Experience Managers will work with you to make sure your group’s itinerary is personalized to your team’s needs and goals, and takes advantage of the unique seasonal opportunities afforded by our lodges and locations. Experience planning is included in your stay, but event planners are not included in your stay. Please inquire with more details on your specific needs so we can determine if additional support is required.

Is there a discounted rate if my guests want to stay a night or two on the front or back end of their stay?

Due to the unique and intimate nature of our lodges, we cannot guarantee discounts for your group. However, we will work with you as needed based on our availability at the time of your group’s stay.

What are the single and double-occupancy rates?

Rates vary by lodge and season. See the individual retreat pages for Taylor River Lodge, Scarp Ridge Lodge, and Bahama House for more details.
NOTE: We do not prorate rates for single occupancy.

Can you pick us up from the airports, and what are the closest airports?

We can help coordinate transportation to or from airports. Transportation options vary by lodge, so reach out for more details.

How private is it?

Hosting a corporate retreat at our property means that the lodge is private to your group, and there will be ample opportunity to spend quality time together during the day’s activities or meals. In addition, there are a variety of spaces throughout our lodge that allow for smaller group breakouts as well as personal time.

Are there options for private rooms or shared accommodations?

Our lodges are designed to feel more like large, private homes than hotels. The majority of our rooms are private bedrooms with one king or queen bed. However, at all of our properties we do have specific rooms that are able to accommodate multiple individuals, if needed.

Are dining options private to our group?

Dining options vary by lodge. At Taylor River Lodge and Deplar Farm, all meals are included at the lodge and served exclusively to your group. For Bahama House and Scarp Ridge Lodge, private breakfast and après are included in your stay. We are happy to work with you to schedule private catered lunches and dinners in the lodge, or to book reservations for your group at local restaurants for an additional fee.
