In order to support as many local 501c3 non-profit organizations as possible, we have implemented a formalized application process. Should your non-profit organization have a request for a charitable donation, we invite you to complete and submit an application.
Eleven will review applications when budgeting for the fiscal year and allocate accordingly. We ask that all funding requests for 2026 be submitted before December 31, 2025. Only one request per organization, per calendar year will be accepted. Requests must be completed in full with proof of 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
All applicants will be notified if their request has been granted via email. Due to a high volume of requests, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them all. However, we are passionate about contributing and looking at the big picture in order to make the best possible giving decisions. Our properties’ locations and the communities in which they operate are important to us.
