Our carefully curated selection of privately owned residences are available for longer term rentals and comply with all local rental regulations. Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.

Natural Selection DUELS
Eleven’s terrain on Scarp Ridge in Irwin, Colorado played host to the world’s premier snowboarding competition, the 2024 Yeti Natural Selection DUELS. Red Gerard, fresh off a recent X Games win, battled freeride sensation Austen Sweetin. We’ll avoid spoilers, but you can check out all the action by watching for yourself exclusively on Red Bull TV.
WHAT MAKES IRWIN TERRAIN SO SPECIAL?
Natural Selection DUELS and founder Travis Rice search the world each year for the most exciting snowboarding battlegrounds. Eleven’s Irwin terrain was selected this year for its 1,000+ acres of alpine bowls, tree skiing, and steep chutes. This cat-accessed terrain averages 450 inches of annual snowfall, making it a meteorological anomaly that never fails to deliver on deep powder.
CAT SKI IRWIN’S DUELS TERRAIN YOURSELF
Eleven’s Scarp Ridge Lodge and Sopris House offer access to one of the most iconic cat-skiing experiences in the world. Each morning, our custom snowcats take you straight from the lodge to 1,000+ acres of Eleven-only ski terrain in nearby Irwin, Colorado. Then, add on our on-mountain cabins, expert ski guides, and a variety of terrain, and this ski experience is a non-negotiable bucket list experience for every type of skier.
