Cancellation Policies

The following cancellation policies apply to reservations made prior to October 1st 2020.  If your reservation was made after this date please click here to access our new policies.

 

Eleven Cancellation Policy (excluding Public House Lofts), effective as of March 23, 2020

  • Cancellations made outside of 30 days of arrival date: May be used to secure a trip within 240 days of original arrival date pending availability and potential rate increases OR 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date: 100% of quoted invoice total will be forfeited.
  • Eleven upholds their cancellation policy and thus highly recommends that guests purchase trip insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen complications.

Public House Lofts Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment of total lodging cost is required at the time of booking, including taxes.
  • Guest cancellation made outside of 7 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be refunded to the guest.
  • Guest cancellation made within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of amounts paid will be forfeited by the guest.
