The Lofts at Public House let guests experience mountain town living like a local. Set on Elk Ave., Crested Butte’s main drag, Public House served as the town’s main watering hole through much of the 19th and 20th centuries. A meticulous restoration has reimagined the space as a pub and music venue with three spacious upstairs lofts. The rooms celebrate music’s most trailblazing rebels with inspiration from three renowned venues: San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland Ballroom, and Manhattan’s famed Beacon Theater. When you book a reservation at Public House Lofts you and your party have access to adventures led by Irwin Guides who will lead you to backcountry powder stashes and perfectly groomed Nordic trails.

Each of the three lofts is named for a famous music venue, like San Francisco’s Fillmore Auditorium. High ceilings with exposed wood beams make each room feel extra spacious, and you’ll find all of the comforts of Eleven, including a king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious en suite bathroom with a steam shower and a soaking tub.
