Our carefully curated selection of privately owned residences are available for longer term rentals and comply with all local rental regulations. Eleven has coordinated with a select group of third-party private owners to offer this unique collection of properties that are only available as full home rentals. These properties are unstaffed, and do not include additional guided adventures and culinary services. Although, if you are interested in additional services, we would be happy to help coordinate these for you with local experts.
Ski-Runs to Sea-Runs
With Eleven’s Ski-to-Sea Experience, you’ll heli-ski then go fly fishing for large brown trout on the Huséyjarkvisl, a river limited to just three anglers at a time. Our kitted-out Airstream base camp by the riverbank offers a space to recharge, eat, and warm up between adventures. It’s an experience that only Eleven could deliver.

The Huséyjarkvisl offers world-class salmon and sea-run brown trout with permitting for just three anglers a day and a 1:1 guest-to-guide ratio.

Your Day from Summit to Stream
MORNING
Start the day with an invigorating dip in our cold plunge followed by a chef-prepared breakfast.
NOON
Heli-ski your way down rolling descents and steep couloirs. Settle in for lunch at our riverside Airstream base camp where you’ll swap skis for rods.
EVENING
Fish for sea-run brown trout during the extended daylight hours, then return to the lodge for dinner and a soak in our geothermally heated pool.
LATE NIGHT
Keep the party going with a signature cocktail at our bar or jam in our custom-built loft equipped with guitars, percussion equipment, and mics.
Eleven Deplar Farm
Deplar Farm was named one of the “Best Hotels in the World” on the Condé Nast Traveler 2023 Gold List. This former sheep farm blends naturally with the surrounding landscape. Two helis stand ready to take you up to the peaks in minutes. After a day of skiing, relax in our indoor/outdoor pool and Viking sauna or take a dip in our cold plunge. End the day with a fireside cocktail before enjoying a chef-prepared, Icelandic dinner.
A Riverside Airstream Base Camp
After a morning of heli-skiing, stop at our riverside Airstream base camp for lunch. These classic, renovated trailers provide the perfect spot to rest and change gear before heading out to fish the Huséyjarkvisl. The Airstreams make your time by the river all the more comfortable with heating, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.
