Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total booking amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before your arrival.

Kingfisher Waiver

Kingfisher Heliskiing requires that ALL guests acknowledge and sign a Waiver of Liability at the time of booking. This must be done before we are able to take your deposit. Please click here to complete the waiver if you plan on joining us.

If some guests are not yet confirmed at the time of booking, we understand. We will secure your deposit in good faith, with the expectation that once additional guests are confirmed, the trip leader will either provide them with the waiver to sign or share their contact information with our Sales Team, who will promptly facilitate the waiver process.

Travel Insurance

Due to our unique product and strict cancellation policies, we strongly recommend purchasing ‘Cancel For Any Reason’ (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment. As an incentive for you to purchase CFAR insurance coverage, Eleven is offering you a 1% credit based on the total cost of your stay with Eleven. Your credit may be used during your stay for wellness services, additional activities, transportation, and non-included beverages. Please let us know if you would like us to connect you with our preferred insurance partner, Global Rescue, to provide you with a quote once your trip has been confirmed.

Heli-Ski Specifics

The Details

  • Private Groups are for groups up to 3 guests and includes one helicopter and a 3:2 guest-to-guide ratio.  
  • Double-Private group are for groups of 4-8 guests and includes a 4:1 guest-to-guide ratio.
  • We operate with A-Star B3 E and B2 helicopters, accommodating small groups for an intimate heli-skiing experience. 
  • Highly experienced guides, certified by organizations such as UIAGM, ACMG, CSGA, or AMGA, ensure your safety and enjoyment. 
  • All guests are provided with top-of-the-line avalanche safety equipment, and our guides conduct thorough safety briefings before each excursion.

Heli Hours

For private groups, 2.5 hours of flight time are included, with 1.5 hours guaranteed per day. For double-private groups, 4 hours are included, with 2 hours guaranteed per day. The flight time will be averaged over the length of your stay and calculated based on HOBBS hours. We measure flight time in 6-minute increments (0.1 increments) and any time exceeding the included hours will be billed at a rate of $4,000 CAD per hour.

Heli-Ski Credits

If you are unable to reach your guaranteed flight time due to operational factors such as poor weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a credit. The credit is calculated based on the difference between the guaranteed flight time and the actual hours/minutes flown. Please note that credits will not be issued if you don’t reach your flight time due to personal reasons, including injury, illness, accidents, or personal choice (e.g., choosing to stay at the Lodge). Eligible credits can be applied to a new booking at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge for the following season, but they will not be extended beyond the next year.

  • Guided heli-skiing in the Gold Range of the Monashees, the Pinnacles Range of the Monashees, and the Valhalla Range of the Selkirks
  • Additional guided activities including: Revelstoke Mountain Resort skiing, snowmobiling, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, and whiskey tasting 
  • All necessary gear for guided activities, including heli-ski safety gear (except for ski and snowboard boots).
  • Chef-prepared breakfast, lunch, and après

Check-in/Checkout Times

Our check-in time at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that early and late checkouts are subject to availability and can only be confirmed 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Gratuity

Gratuities for Eleven staff and guides are entirely discretionary and not expected. Should you wish to leave gratuity, it can be added to your final bill, which will be charged to your credit card upon checkout. Suggested options of 10%, 12%, or 15%, or the option to leave a custom amount of your choosing, will be offered on the final bill. Gratuity is distributed equitably among all staff who contributed to your stay. If you would like to leave an additional gratuity for a specific team member, you can note their name and the amount on the final bill at checkout.

Getting Here Details

  • By Plane: Kelowna Airport (YLW) – Approximately a 3-hour drive to the lodge. Please note, ground transportation is not included.
  • By Helicopter: Helicopter transfer from Kelowna Airport to the lodge is available for CAD 6,500 + tax one-way (for up to 4 guests with gear). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

Pet Policy

We can welcome up to two hypoallergenic dogs per night at Eleven Revelstoke Lodge in either the Hela or Fosthall rooms. Service dogs are not required to be hypoallergenic but must have appropriate documentation. Prior approval from your Experience Team is required to bring your dog to the property as is a signed waiver. Dogs must stay in the owner’s private accommodations and may only access common areas with staff permission. Please note that our staff cannot provide dog-walking or sitting services during your stay. For dog-sitting/walking options, inquire with our Sales or Experience Team. A $100 CAD per night per dog cleaning fee will be added to your final invoice.
