WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13

  • 1:00pm – 3:00pm Shuttles from GUC and MTJ
  • 3:00pm – Arrival and acclimatization hike
  • 5:00pm – Bathhouse Relaxation
  • 7:00pm – Dinner
  • 9:30pm – Evening riverside guided meditation

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14

  • 6:00am – Sunrise meditation, stretching, river breathing
  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:30am – Group hike
  • 12:00pm – Lunch
  • 1:30pm – Bodywork appointments, open relaxation, or fly fishing
  • 3:30pm – Cold water and heat treatments (river, steam, sauna)
  • 5:30pm – Afternoon guided meditation
  • 8:00pm – Dinner

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15

  • 6:00am – Sunrise meditation, stretching, river breathing
  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 10:00am – Hike to Scarp Ridge
  • 12:30pm – Lunch in the field
  • 1:00pm – Mountain top meditation on Scarp Ridge
  • 3:30pm – Bodywork appointments, open relaxation, or fly fishing
  • 5:30pm – Cold water and heat treatments (river, steam, sauna)
  • 7:30pm – Afternoon guided meditation
  • 8:30pm – Dinner

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 16

  • 6:00am – Sunrise meditation, stretching, river breathing
  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 9:30am – Guided fly fishing
  • 12:00pm – Lunch
  • 1:30pm – Bodywork appointments, open relaxation, or fly fishing
  • 3:30pm – Cold water and heat treatments (river, steam, sauna)
  • 5:30pm – Afternoon guided meditation
  • 8:00pm – Dinner

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17

  • 6:00am – Sunrise meditation, stretching, river breathing
  • 7:30am – Breakfast
  • 11:00am – Departure with lunch to go
